Sub-Investigator, Protocol R-0548 a double-blind multi-controlled study comparing the safety and efficacy of Ziprasidone and Olazapine to placebo in patients with Schizophrenia or Schizoaffective  Disorder needing inpatient care. Pfizer. Protocol R-5070 a double-blind six month continuation of patients of patients who successfully completed Protocol R-0548 Pfizer. Protocol R-0585 a 52 week, open extension study evaluating the safety and efficacy of continued administration of 40-160mg daily of Ziprasidone in the treatment of patients who have participated in previous Ziprasidone clinical trials. Pfizer. 1999
