Private Practice - Services

Dr. Askins’ private practice is located in Pasadena, CA. His office provides both psychiatric and psychological outpatient treatment – including psychotherapy and ongoing medication management – for high-functioning patients who may never need treatment in a psychiatric hospital. Askins Psychiatry also provides a streamlined continuity of care to patients who do require hospitalization as well as those that have been recently discharged from the psychiatric hospital.

Psychiatric conditions treated on an outpatient basis may include:

• Chemical Dependency / Addictions
• Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
• Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
• Schizophrenia
• Eating Disorders
