Inpatient Long-Term Care Referrals

Askins Psychiatry will provide referrals to patients that are behaviorally challenged, either adolescents and adults, that require psychiatric services to a longer term care facility.  The office of Askins Psychiatry can help to recommend facilities that are equipped to treat adolescents and adults, ages 18+, whom may  thrive in a more structured environment.  You may call our office and ask for a specific type of treatment facility or a location you’re interested in.  Common issues leading to residential treatment include mental illness, addiction or behavioral issues. Dr. Askins will evaluate the patient and make a recommendation based on his evaluation. Askins Psychiatry can also help to provide referrals to facilities that will accept your medical insurance or is priced within your budget.
